Can I upgrade from Free to Shared later?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime! Purchase a shared service and contact our support team - we'll help migrate your data from the free tier to your new shared service.

What happens if I exceed my Free tier limits?

Rate limiting applies (429 responses), but your API stays online. You'll receive notifications to upgrade. Your application won't crash or stop working.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for startups (YC, Techstars, etc.), non-profits, and educational institutions. Contact us for details.

Can I self-host instead of using the cloud?

Yes! RESTHeart core is open source (AGPL). You can self-host for free. The Cloud service adds managed infrastructure, automatic scaling, backups, and support. Learn about self-hosting.

What is Sophia AI?

Sophia AI comes in two forms: All tiers include the Sophia AI assistant for RESTHeart support and guidance. Dedicated plans also get the Sophia AI plugin, which lets you build a custom AI assistant trained on your own organization's documentation. Learn more about Sophia AI.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards via Stripe. All payments are monthly and in Euros (€).
