At zero euros per month, the Free tier is perfect when you're experimenting with RESTHeart Cloud, building side projects, learning and prototyping, testing ideas quickly, or exploring what the platform can do.

You get a comprehensive feature set including REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs, 100 MB of MongoDB storage, a rate limit of 300 requests per minute, JWT and role-based authentication, Sophia AI assistant for RESTHeart support, and community support through our forums and documentation.

This tier is ideal for side projects, learning experiences, hackathons, and proof of concepts. You can have up to 2 free services, plus 2 additional free services for each paid service you maintain.

Shared: Perfect for Production Apps and Startups

At 19.90 euros per month, the Shared tier is where most production applications start. It's perfect when you're launching a real product, running a startup, need reliable performance, or want professional support backing your application.

You get everything in the Free tier, plus significant upgrades. Storage increases to 1 GB, which is ten times more than Free. Rate limits jump to 6,000 requests per minute, providing 20 times higher capacity. Automated backups run regularly to protect your data. Brute-force protection guards against attacks. You gain access to marketplace plugins that extend functionality. Email support with a 48-hour response time gives you professional assistance when needed.

This tier is great for production apps, startups, small to medium traffic applications, and MVPs going to market. Shared services run on shared infrastructure but with guaranteed resources, giving you professional reliability without enterprise prices.

Dedicated: Production-Ready for Enterprise

At 49.90 euros per month, the Dedicated tier is for applications that need complete control and maximum performance. It's designed for high-traffic applications, enterprise requirements, custom infrastructure needs, and mission-critical systems.

You get everything in the Shared tier, plus enterprise-grade features. Your service runs in a dedicated container, providing your own isolated infrastructure. You can use your own MongoDB cluster, connecting to your existing database infrastructure. Deploy to any AWS region worldwide, choosing your location based on your users or compliance needs. Use your custom domain name instead of a RESTHeart subdomain. The Sophia AI plugin lets you build custom AI assistants trained on your documentation. Priority support with SLA guarantees response times. Advanced monitoring provides detailed performance metrics for optimization.

This tier is perfect for enterprise applications, high-traffic services, regulated industries, and scenarios with custom requirements.

All Tiers Include

Regardless of which tier you choose, every service includes a comprehensive feature set. You get complete APIs including RESTful APIs for MongoDB, GraphQL APIs with automatic schema generation, and WebSocket APIs for real-time updates. Service Limits

The Free tier provides 2 free services as a base, plus 2 additional free services for each paid service you have. Each free service includes 100 MB storage and 300 requests per minute.

The Shared tier provides 1 GB storage, 6,000 requests per minute, and backups retained for 7 days.
